According to the movie list provided by Japan’s Film Classification and Rating Committee (Eirin), the upcoming third movie of the Berserk movie trilogy, Berserk Golden Age Arc III: Descent is rated R18+ (for persons aged 18 and above only) due to “extremely strong depictions of sexual activity.”

The movie is scheduled to be released in Japan in early 2013. It will be 107 minutes long. The list doesn’t mention which scene fall under their rating policy. But they’re probably talking about the infamous “Eclipse” scene involving Griffith, Guts and Casca.
