Ajin Manga Gets Three Anime Movies

The July issue of Kodansha’s good! Afternoon magazine is announcing that Gamon Sakurai’s Ajin Manga is getting an adaptation in the form of three anime movies.

Tsuina Miura wrote the first volume, and Gamon Sakurai illustrated it, but the manga is solely created by Sakurai after that. The manga began serialization in Kodansha’s good! Afternoon in 2012.

The story follows a student named Kei Nagai, who is involved in a traffic accident and dies instantly. Then, he finds himself revived and realizes he is not human, but an Ajin, an undying mysterious creatures. He runs away from humans and begins the life to survive in the cracks between Ajin and human.
