Tsubasa to Hotaru Manga Gets Anime Adaptation

Tsubasa to Hotaru manga will get an original video anime (OVA) adaptation, announced by the March issue of Shueisha’s Ribon magazine. 

The OVA will be produced by J.C.STAFF, directed and scripted by Chiaki Kon (Golden Time, Otome Yokai Zakuro). The main casts for the OVA will be announced in the next issue of the magazine. The anime will be screened at the Ribon Festa 2014 event. Four locales throughout Japan will host the free event. 

Tsubasa to Hotaru Manga is written and illustrated by Haruta Nana. It tells the story about a girl who named Tsubasa Sonokawa, a 15-year old high school girl. She falls in love with a senpai who saved her at the train station. She thought it was a fate and then she visited the senpai at his class every day. However, the senpai thought her love is heavy and dumped her.
