V’s face is bleeding heavily after Yachiru’s slash, when suddenly a piece of his body disappears

A boy appears, sitting on Kensei’s bed. He says he has the ability to turn fantasy into reality

He kills V

Yachiru attacks the boy, and he uses his power to break Yachiru’s wrist

 

The wall starts crumbling and Kenpachi makes his debut!

Bleach 571 "A Devilish Perspective" Summary:

 

Being asked what happened by Isane, Yachiru responds she doesn't know. Guenael appears behind them, introducing himself again and saying they can't perceive him. Yachiru again punches him, only for him to disappear again. Thinking about the extent of his power, he slashes Yachiru's shoulder. As Isane asks her why she was wounded, she again tries to hit the Quincy.

He continues to toy with them whilst noting Yachiru's reflexes and her rashness in attacking despite not knowing who he is. He is somewhat calmed when Isane asks Yachiru why she attacks someone when she doesn't know who it is, but he is again angered when Yachiru responds irrationally. Thinking she is dangerous, he resolves to kill her as quickly as possible. As Yachiru draws her sword whilst stating Kenpachi Zaraki is not there so she can fight without him worrying, Guenael appears behind her with the intention of stabbing her.

He is stopped by Yachiru, who cuts him. Confused by how she could cut him, Guenael listens to Yachiru's explanation of her sword's abilities before being attacked by Sanpo Kenjū.
