A lot of fan favorite manga series are coming to an end this year. According to the 19th issue of Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine, the rollerblading fight manga series Air Gear will be wrapping up within five more chapters. If the author doesn’t plan on taking any breaks in between these, we should be seeing the end of the manga series on May 25.

Air Gear is written and illustrated by “Oh! Great” (Ito Ogure). It launched in Weekly Shonen Magazine in 2002, and spawned in animated series in 2006. It currently has 35 volumes. 36 will be releasing in the summer, and the 37th to release by the end of the year. And it has 3 OVAs to date.

I hope I'll see through after it emded LOL Love air gear but it's kinda complicated to see through XD Anyway, I wonder which series is gonna end as well...

thus far, this manga has the most beautiful and complicated artwork I've ever seen (aside from the most beautiful art, Vagabond)--gonna miss you all, Kogarasumaru, Sleeping Forest, and Genesis!

This is an amazing manga, the only problem is that it gets fucking complicated by the end. I'm a top analytic English reader, yet when it comes to this I feel like im in class trying to figure out what is being said.

Wow, so many Weekly Shounen Magazine manga are coming to an end. Negima ended in March. Sayonara Zetsubou-Sensei, and now this...wow...
