MangaHere Magazine is presented by the editors of MangaHere.com to provide readers with special topics about manga, fan fiction, manga recommendations, and manga trivia which is related to manga or Japanese culture. MangaHere Magazine has monthly publishing schedule and has published six issues by now, it's a great platform and opportunity for manga lovers to show off their work for the publication, we'd love to see your works and add them to the next issue of MangaHere Magazine. If you're interested in submitting an artwork or fiction, please send your work with an e-mail to: submit@mangahere.com. Deadline for submission is August 20.


Work Requests are written below. If you have any further questions or suggestion about the section you'd like to add to the magazine, please leave a comment or send an e-mail to: submit@mangahere.com.



Artwork Specifications

1. Illustrations for manga characters or manga scene would be nicer.

2. Manga character and scene depend on your own choice.

3. Drawing and coloring image are both welcome.

4. Add a short note about the character or scene if necessary.

5. Choose a higher pixel option to save your artwork if possible.



Fiction Specifications

1. Fan fiction for MangaHere Magazine is regarding stories about manga characters or settings, written by fans of the original work. It has to be related to manga.

2. A fiction story must have title and summary. Add author's note, translation note if possible.

3. Use proper textual formatting, spell check all story, proofread for grammar and other aspects of writing before submission.

4. Fan fiction on MangaHere Magazine, the rating is allowed to be:

    K for Kid: Suitable for all ages
    K+ for Youth: Suitable for children over 9 years of age
    T for Teen: Suitable for teens over 13 years of age
    M for Older Teen: Suitable for teens over 16 years of age

5. The fan fiction haven't to be completed. Send it in a chapter story if it's a one-shot or short. Serialized fiction is also welcome if the story is long.

6. The length to each fan fiction is not limited.

You know when they say - it has to be related to manga - does it mean it has to relate to mangas that actually exists? Or you can make up anything like characters and plot...

Also the fan artwork doesn't have to be ba<x>sed on manga characters that already exist right? It can just be a made up scenery and character, can it?

For a fanfiction story, how many can you send in? Like, I have two that I would like to send in, but one is long and the other is just one page? If I can only send in one, which one should I send?

You can submit two. Short and long story is both welcome

The length to each fan fiction is not limited. It will be divided into parts to publish in different issues if the story is long.
